Background
Jubblz is a targeted job placement agency based in Nashville, TN, with an ambitious goal: make the job-matching process feel personal and intelligent rather than transactional. They wanted to integrate a reimagined Myers-Briggs personality assessment directly into the user experience a feature that most competitors had never attempted and needed a UX/UI design that could carry the weight of that vision.
What I Did
I designed the full UX/UI for Jubblz.com beginning with the user journey before touching a single screen. I identified the points where users typically disengaged on job platforms and designed an onboarding flow that felt more like a conversation than a form. The personality assessment was woven naturally into the experience, surfacing insights for hiring teams without adding friction for candidates.
Why It Worked
By treating the Myers-Briggs integration as a feature to be experienced rather than a form to be filled out, the design made Jubblz feel fundamentally different from other job platforms. The reduced form abandonment and richer candidate data gave hiring teams a meaningful advantage from the very first interaction.
